Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle with a mild soap/detergent. Aggressive or even standard wash cycles can cause the cover to stretch, and alter the UPF protection.
Do not wring out your garment, but instead lay it flat to dry out. This will help prevent the fabric from wrinkling. If the cover becomes wrinkled, you can put it in the dryer on very low heat to remove the wrinkles.
To speed up the drying process, roll your garment in a dry, clean towel, pressing down gently to absorb excess water.
Do not bleach or iron.
