Yes. The extendher works with any zippered coat or vest.
Extendher accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, with original packaging in place. To begin the process you must send an email to sales@extendher.com stating your reason for your return. Once we receive this email, we will respond and you can return the package. Do not return the package without communicating with our returns department. We need to ensure that your purchase falls within the return window. Your returned package must be postmarked within 30 of the original receipt date. We will return your cost of the goods, and tax if applicable. For international orders, your package must be postmarked within 45 days of the original receipt date. We do charge a 10% restock fee on all items returned. Extendher reserves the right to tack on an additional handling fee (10%) if the product is not returned in its original packaging. Extendher does not cover any return shipping costs. The address for returns is 1137 Raymond Rd Ballston Spa, NY 12020. Once the items are received, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued within 7 days.
We take the utmost care with quality control, however from time to time we may come across a damage or imperfection. It is crucial to inspect your product upon arrival. If you notice a damage, email us immediately and we will send you a product replacement at no charge. This policy only applies to 30 days from original purchase date. If you need replacement clips, we will send you 2 clips at no extra charge. Simply contact us with your name and address at: sales@extendher.com. If you need additional clips thereafter, we will charge $2.00/ 2 clips. If a clip has come off, it can easily be put back together using a pair of needle nose pliers. There are detailed instructions included in your package as well as on our home page.
Machine wash cold with like colors. Washing in a lingerie bag will extend the life of extendher products. Lay flat to dry.
